Last weekend, I had the boys to myself while Mary was traveling to a wedding in MI. One of the more memorable things that happened was Friday morning, when Matt bumped into Rory in the kitchen. He barely bumped him, and Rory hardly noticed, but Matt stopped and said, very contritely, "I'm sorry I hit you, Rory." After a short pause, he reached over to stroke Rory's back and continued, "Nice doggie." He was so sincere!
