Matty's dream

Matty woke up from a dream and in the morning seemed mad about it, to me!  Yes, he was mad at me for what my character did in the dream!  He says he realizes that the dream was not real but yet he was sincerely mad at me for what "I" did in the dream.  In the dream I began a competition between he and Drew and I guess Drew or someone else got the better of him and he was awfully mad.  Over breakfast he stayed mad at me though we talked about it and he said he did realize that I wasn't actually in his dream.  It was humorous...

snowy walkathon day

Well, today was the annual Hope walkathon day.  It has been warm lately so I almost asked Matty if he wanted to wear shorts, as I do not watch the weather nearly as closely as John does.   It ended up snowing all day!  That is right, it has hardly snowed at all this winter even though December itself was quite frequently snowy.  But since January it has hardly snowed at all and now that it is a month into spring it is snowing again, and snowing all day.  It was really pretty to see.  The mountains were all shrouded heavily in storm clouds come down from the east mountains area.  I first saw snowflakes getting off I-25 from being downtown for my GYN appt.  That was neat.  I got to walkathon and watched in horror as kids everywhere were not dressed fort he weather and yet were to be out there all day.  A very good day to be indoors all day watching the snow flakes flurry.  Fortunately Hope returned the kids to school early.  A really a beautiful day, and great for me, as I was not ready to let go of winter just yet.

Drew's dream

Drew had a dream he was remembering with great laughter this morning, he was almost unable to eat for he was laughing so hard.  He was in a boat and a guy talking in the background was saying 'you see teeth rising out of the water, and something rising up out of the depths, and see a shark fin...'   A shark or a crocodile bit Drew hard then, and he could loudly hear all his individual bones crunching......then in the boat Drew said to Mary 'How many teeth does a shark have, Mom?' and Mary replied 'Well, some say 10, others say 100 but I believe they have about 1000 teeth, a WHOLE DEMOCRACY OF TEETH!'

pulverized

Drew was talking with laughter about the mistake he made a while back when in the pharmacy with John.  John was picking up a script and Drew went along, and they both saw a man in a wheelchair who was perhaps paralyzed.  Drew asked John 'is that man pulverized?' when he meant 'paralyzed'.  I made sure quickly with Drew that he did not say it out loud where the man  could have heard.  Thankfully he did not!  We sure got a good laugh from that: a pulverized man, indeed!
